SLINGERZ FC DEFEATS BUXTON UNITED FC AND ALPHA UNITED FC AWARDED GAME AGAINST PELE FC
19th May, 2016; Georgetown: Please see below results of games in the STAG Elite League Finale held on Wednesday, 19th May, 2016 at National Track and Field Facility, Leonora. The double-header featured Slingerz FC vs Buxton United FC in the first game and Alpha United FC vs Pele FC in the second.

The second match has been awarded to Alpha United FC as a result of Pele’s refusal to continue the game in the 27th minute when a second member of the Pele team was Red Carded.
An investigation has commenced into the on-field incident thus more details will be released following the conclusion of same.
