The Guyana Football Federation (GFF) is scheduled to commence construction of the National Training Centre (FIFA Forward Programme) soon.
Towards this end, the GFF hosted a press conference to sensitize the media and public about the project and the timeline for execution.
Present at the press conference were President of the GFF, Wayne Forde; First Vice President Bruce Lovell; Second Vice President and Council Member assigned to the project, Rawlston Adams, representative of the local contracting firm Raphael Nabi (S. Nabi & Sons) and representative of Greenfields (contracting company), Johannes Van Krimpen
The press conference was held at the GFF Secretariat at 10:30hrs on September 26, 2017 and hosted by the GFF’s Communications and Public Relations Officer, Debra Francis
Additionally, the GFF and Greenfields’ officials conducted a site visit to the Providence location following the press conference
