Tiandi Smith is a midfielder who plays for Foxy Ladies Football Club and was introduced to the game of football by her father. She is the youngest female player who has represented Guyana at the international level at age 11
Tiandi scored the lone goal in the first game for Guyana at the Inter-Guiana Games (IGG)in a 3 – 1 defeat by Suriname. She was also a goal scorer in the recently-concluded CONCACAF Caribbean Women’s U17 Qualifiers
She speaks about the her game, club, school, dreams, role model, lessons learned from playing football and also shared her advice to other young women who may be interested in becoming footballers.
Guyana participated in the Inter-Guiana Games (IGG) which was held in Suriname from the 25th – 27th August, 2017.
