Say hello to your “Lady Jags”! The Guyana National Women’s Football Team, commonly known as the “Lady Jags”, began encampment today in preparation for the Concacaf Caribbean Women’s Qualifiers scheduled for May 23, 25 and 27 at the National Track and Field Centre, Leonora.
Those who arrived yesterday were engaged in media stops this morning while the rest of the team arrived late this afternoon. For some of the team members, it was a reunion. For others, it was a chance to meet a new friend.
Support the matches – Lady Jags will be playing on home soil! Tournament schedule is as follows;
